The worst service I have ever experienced. Where did you find these idiots? Fax machine doesn't work and didn't bother to tell me after waiting 45 minutes. Then told me to phone the NHS to send the prescription via email. WHY WASN'T THAT DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE? I'm picking up my dieing Grandmother's drugs so she has some comfort before she goes. I should be spending her last days with her, but instead I'm stuck at the pharmacy. Rude, lazy and insensitive staff.
UPDATE: I've been here over an hour. They finally fixed the machine after some persuading, but they've run out of stock of an item....they've taken the initiative to call other pharmacys, at last! But why did I have to justify why I was there.

Fantastic service. Staff are helpful. I found that when turning up with a prescription 25% of the time they didn't have it in stock. However would order it for me and I could collect next day. Instead of repeating this every month I asked my doctor to send my prescription electronically and now Lloyd's are my designated pharmacy. I ask my doctor to send it 1 week before I need the pills. The prescription is always filled the next day. Staff text to let me know my prescription is ready to be collected if I have forgotten about it.
I have spoken with the pharmacist multiple times about health concerns and they have been able to offer over the counter which have helped, or referred me back to the GP.
I'm surprised at some of the negative comments. I've never had any problems. I have also always been patient and polite to staff... won't go to another pharmacy!

Can never find a prescription. Despite the doctors sending the barcode they still can’t find anything. The new staff are incompetent with attitude issues. The rare couple that are still there are the only highlight

Phoned continuously for 20 minutes at 9 a.m no answer. How can I order my meds if nobody takes my calls?

Absolutely shocking service from this place I don’t know what has happening but poor customer care and customer service waited 7 days for a prescription for my elderly mother who they treated as though she had dementia there is nothing wrong with her mind will not be using them again for repeat prescriptions

My 3 year old's antibiotics sent to Lloyds sainsbury the Dome roundabout was not mixed with water before giving it to me. Unfortunately, I only took it out from the carton the day after when I was about to give it to my son. It was still in powder form which was odd so I red the label, the pharmacist should mix it first before giving it to patients. It could have been worse but this Lloyds pharmacy needs to review, with their entire staff, and what strategies you have in place to prevent this error again.
