Knowledgeable, helpful, Interested in their clients. Counter staff know their onions and nothing is too much trouble for the pharmacist.
Would recommend 100% for services, accuracy, helpfulness of this pharmacy. I consider myself lucky to have quality professional help in my location.

Smita is very helpful and so are the girls but I am very unhappy with the male dispenser. I think he is called Neal. Downright rude and arrogant. This has led to delay in picking up of my antibiotics on Saturday which were needed for the surgical procedure on Monday followed by 72 hours of bed rest. Due to shielding because of Lockdown Guildford Borough Council Volunteers had to pick up the medication and bring it home. Stepping inside the pharmacy was my mistake, with the million instructions on the door you don't always notice it but the response I was given by him was totally out of proportion. Smita has been brilliant with us but I am unable to tolerate lack of respect for a small oversight.

Great pharmacy, the counter staff seem to have knowledge and they are very friendly and helpful. Very grateful with the visits
