Penn Care Pharmacy

Told my wife she had already been given her medication. Left her having to ring mental health crisis team for advice. The assistant pharmacist was very dismissive and rude towards her. When I phoned the medication was found! We were assured of a call back when the pharmacist returned from holiday but never got one.
Will never use again

Not sure I will go there again unless dire need from now on ! Previously a prescription I had was out of date by nearly a year ! I noticed by chance! Then I wanted an item was given the wrong one then I wanted to return it it was kind of made out to be my fault! Then I paid for an item but nearly didn't get my change back 3 occasions 3 let downs no thanks!

Never had an issue with this place before. However, they charged me £13.99 for a bottle of sunscreen which is usually £5.99. Due to the weather i had no choice but to buy it since it was the only factor 50 I could find. A shame and an absolute rip off.

I honesty could'nt praise this team up enough, they are brilliant.. Thanks folks for sorting my chaos out.. Bless you all ❤

Minimum £5 to use card. My purchase was £4 - auto charged me £5, just added £1 to bill!! Pictures all round of people who have stolen from shop - upping peoples bills is robbing customers. Use Boots round corner- this place not principled- bad working practices

Excellent customer service, staff are very helpful

Normally a really great pharamcy and most staff are really nice and helpful. Unfortunatly i went to collect some medication today and the young lady behind the till was abit rude and slammed my medication onto the counter top which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that customer service jobs can be tiring and some customers are unfriendly but please don't take it out on other customers. I do hate to complain but it made me feel unwelcome.

The usual staff are very pleasant and always help me with any questions i have. Service is always really fast and they have a good range of products.

Called up to queries wrong medication given then was put on hold for 7 mins while staff had conversation and served customers and they still never got back to me absolutely shoddy service. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
