Vantage Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

The staff are that incompetent in filing prescriptions that I have received a fine in the post claiming that I tried claiming free prescriptions when I had PAID FOR THEM!!!! Now I have unnecessary stress having to appeal when this could of been prevented if staff had actually done their job right. Luckily I paid on my card and have proof, if I had not and lost the receipt then I wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I will be taking this complaint further as this is unacceptable!!!!

My 4 year old had the chicken pox vaccine here this morning and Nish was so, so lovely - really friendly, included my daughter in the conversation, and helped explain everything really well to me and her. I'd thoroughly recommend the pharmacy, everyone I spoke to (including on the phone prior to the visit) was really helpful. Thanks so much.

Friendly and helpful staff but I was kept waiting needlessly whilst the staff chatted amongst themselves even though they could see me waiting to be served 🤷🏽‍♀️

We drove for one hour to a confirmed appointment at the pharmacy and arrived to find everything closed.

Always had a good experience here, been helpful when I needed emergency prescriptions and the pharmacist is a lovely and knowledgeable gentleman who normally comes out the back to check in with me himself and review my meds etc which he doesn't have to but I appreciate it.

Excellent pharmacist and excellent staff.
This is not the closest pharmacy to me, but I come here for the great (professional and friendly) service. Would 100% recommend !
