Royal Mail Delivery Office

Attended Saturday just gone, near enough closing time, to collect an important medical package for an ailing family member. The customer service that was received was truly 'beyond the call of duty'. I was truly impressed and indebted with the quality of service that was received from Arif and Sarah, and Mr Finch. Keep up the good work and carry on providing the same service with a smile.

Wife stayed home all day to receive recorded delivery parcel. Eventually just found a failed delivery card through the letterbox. Wife says she opened the door to several other visitors that rang the bell near this time but apparently they couldn't be bothered in this case.
Now a pain having to collect or risk an inefficient delivery again.

Waste of space. Collecting a week late due to strike before Xmas. Carry on striking guys, RM's probably going to go under as your service doesn't deserve a pay rise, will use Evri, Dpd etc over these cretins everything from now on.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. The rudest, most unhelpful people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Delivery staff don't even bother to knock the door, just put a red card through the letterbox, and staff at the depot have no customer service skills whatsoever. Once waited 10 minutes for the woman behind the desk to look up from her phone and deal with my enquiry.

Been waiting in far my parcel far 3 day on each day get email saying try again tomorrow sorry we missed you do be better if you actually turn up with it in the first place Royal mail a joke

my parcel was apparently 'delivered' to my chosen post office last week, no sign of it! scanned in apparently but not left there.
the company I ordered from have sent a replacement and I purposely stated to hold it at Blackburn sorting office on Canterbury street as I'm at work, so this one doesn't go 'missing'.
Got a text just now, they've tried to deliver it to my house!! I absolutely give up, no communication at all.
plus I don't like going there , parking is a joke and the staff are so rude and never smile or engage with customers.
Fingers crossed it's there when I go.
