Turnpike Lane Sub Post Office

This Post office has provided a great service to the community during this difficult time. I travel all the way from Lordship lane, to get their good services. Staff work so hard & always are friendly & helpful even though they can be very busy & and are having to deal with various duties. Always reliable and open to help no matter what! A credit to the local area Wood Green, Turnpike lane, Hornsey.

I just want to say thank you to the post office masters at at Turnpike Lane Post Office. During this lock down you remained opened and continue to be helpful to the community. They’ve created safe space and taken every possible step to follow Health & Safety for the welfare of everyone.

I think his name Sam, this gentleman is simply the best, he is so helpful in every way possible he plays a vital role to helping the vulnerable in our community. His staff the lady I can’t remember her name is such an amazing employee so nice and helpful always smiling.

Not just a post office they sell everything you’ll need and their cheaper than Poundland!!

On Monday 12th September 2022 at 12:14 pm, a kind gentleman used this post office to return a handbag that he found in a Lime bike basket to myself. His name is Ben and I wish you would have provided me with the details to thank you in person. If someone at this post office by any chance know this man I would so grateful if you could pass on my gratitude. I used to go to whsmith in woodgreen but the service there was appaling. Now i use drop and go service at Turnpike Lane Post Office and the customer service is exceptional and very efficient. Big shout out to sam, asma and masoom for being the best!

First class customer service and always cheerful and happy towards customers! Also have best selection of household retail items at the best prices.

Helped me with some documentation, and went above and beyond to work with the document on my phone, as I could not print it out. They used my phone despite the inconvenience it posed.
