Wonderful local Islington post office. This is a new branch with full range of services including postal returns, business services and travel money. Products are also available for sale including stationery, greetings cards and of course stamps.

Really friendly service, super helpful and not the long dreaded queues often seen at post offices.

Ok - good location, newer, nice size... But it's so busy. If you need help or something complicated the staff are very helpful but if you need something quick you have to stand in long queues bc the self service machines do not work (in the year and a half I've come here they never been in service. Not clear why). Dropping off a prepaid package takes 30seconds of service but you have to stand in a 15-20min queue. It clogs everything up

Easy peasy to send a parcel off. Dude came and helped me at the self service bit and sorted super quick.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, I have to come in multiple times a week to ship items and the staff is super sweet and helpful.

Great post office, customer service is excellent friendly and very helpful. Far better than the rest of the post offices in the area.

I went in to pick up a parcel today as earlier during the day my sister was told by the staff outside that dogs were not permitted inside and so my sister told me to go in and pick it up . When I got to the post office one of the lady’s upfront told me I had to bring a form of identification in order to pick up my own parcel (I had given information such as the address to the woman and explained my sister was asked not to come in due to the fact she had a dog next to her ) once I explain this to the woman her colleague proceeded to tell me that my sister was a liar and that she was lying about coming into the post office for any parcel and was being overall unprofessional and verbally aggressive and extremely rude . I was absolutely mortified when he said such a thing and continued to add comments like this . The behaviour from the staff towards customers is so unprofessional and unnecessary . I ended up going back home without my parcel and sent my mother with my sisters ID to go pick up the parcel as I was fuming from the mistreatment I got . My mother ended up coming home empty handed without the parcel as it hadn’t arrived yet . All of this could of been avoided if the staff had checked and told me the parcel never arrived instead of being rude and verbally aggressive.

Half of staff not wearing masks but useless face visors, also not enforcing customer mask wearing.
Just needed to quickly drop off online prepaid parcels and get a receipt, should take 30 seconds but there's no fast track queue for that : need to queue for 20 min behind other customers who need handholding and take ages

After 4 years in UK, sometimes I am still amazed by the customer service here.
I walked in with some very vague requests (I was not sure what the Consulate of my country had requested me)
Toni (Or Tony?) was very knowledgeable and he helped to understand what I needed and to choose the right options.
On top of this was a delightful person to chat with. Thank you very much.
