EXEMPLARY!! The best post office I have been to so far.

The staff are very polite, professional and courteous to any query. Never had a single problem with them and the service is just simply exceptional every single time.

Sometimes, while waiting I see how they help other customers out with there forms and such and it's very clear to me that they do care about the customers and the community here so I'd like to thank every one of them for the terrific work they put in. Even in hard times during the lockdown the service has always been exceptional and I'll never forget that.

Absolutely fantastic service! After seeing reviews about the Hertford Road PO, I rushed here after work to catch them just before closing. I don’t own a printer for the return label and I forgot to sellotape the package shut. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. They CAN and will print a return label for you for 70p - which I was happy to hear! You need to have a smartphone or device on you so that you can email them the document - they will give it to you in store. The lady behind the counter was helping another unorganised person next to me and she had the patience of a saint. Excellent customer service really does go a long way so thank you!!! I hope you are rewarded!

I've always found them very helpful. Yes they are questions about whats inside but I think thats to give you the correct postage service and check about battery's being inside. Always been very helpful and polite. Never had a problem with great service. I now only use this post Office.

Excellent service with patient and friendly staff. I recall applying for my passport and having to return to the post office several times. The staff assisted me each time, graciously.

Unhelpful, rude and accuse customers of lying. They don’t give their customers the correct information. Poor customer service and argumentative. This post office deserves minus 2 stars only reason I gave +2 is because there is a lady who works here who I’ve never had an issue with she is helpful and explains things.

Very bad service brought in an item that I had sold on ebay which was a very expensive item of clothing. It so turns out the customer didn't receive the item because they had incorrectly put down wrong postcode which I believe was intentionally because the postcode that was on my receipt was invalid.

The guy that served should have known it was invalid as it would have come up on his computer. Now the item can not be found by royal mail and I have had to refund the customer and lost my item in the process.

Had called up at 9 today to ask if my order is their so I can collect them, as I suffer with Tourette’s wasn’t able to communicate efficiently, the worker simply dropped hey miss I don’t have time for you right now. And said that he will not check as he has other things to do. Feel absolutely disgusted with the lack of awareness that people have towards others. Unprofessional staff shouldn’t belong their at all.

Excellent post office, I’ve been using it for years and still do although I’ve moved over to Enfield town!
