Taunton Post Office

The staff are very good but labouring under obscene conditions. Must rank as the worst in the uk and reminiscent of Beirut. The queues are awful and there must be something radically wrong with the management to allow such a dire service to continue. Makes you weep when you remember what the good ol' GPO used to be like.

Whenever I have visited the post office I have had a fairly good experience. Like all other places in Taunton they too are short of staff, hence the queue and stress.

No longer open Saturday Afternoons. At least check what Google records about you. I had a badly wasted journey because you couldn't be bothered to update your information.

Who do we complain to if the Royal Mail ignore our complaints? A Jobsworth on the door, phones unanswered and premium rate complaint line. This franchise is almost completely disenfranchised - which is a real shame as many of their ordinary workers are so hardworking !

NB This Post Office is in the shell pf what used to be County Stores and is now just a building site. Hard hats recommended.

Customer service is atrocious. This woman needs to be sacked.

One of worst post offices I've seen. Better use Priorswood post office. That's waay much better than this.

A small post office. Lady was lovely.

The elderly Staff member was extremely confrontational, rude and misinformed. Even when shown she was in the wrong and was reading the wrong visa information, she wouldn’t except and turned us away. A 3 hour round trip wasted with small children in tow.
