Bradmore Post Office

visited today for the first time.
very friendly and helpful staff.
used the post office and the retail section and was very impressed with the level of service.

I totally agree with Jas on this one .The woman behind the post office counter is sullen faced and not a bit welcoming it is as much as she can do to serve, almost throws your money at you and takes your fingers under the counter flap wit the parcels. Having said that the service is efficient. Thought it was my imagination at first..
Having said that she is pretty efficient. Perhaps she doesn't like the job..

For the past few years we have used this post office on a regular basis . The young lady is efficient smiling and very helpful such an improvement on the previous owners . Also the delivery of our newspapers has been brilliant . If the paperboy was off for any reason we have always had a delivery later on by one of the family can’t fault this service.

* no green eyed monster* as they have nothin that I would like, all I expect is a good service offered by the post master, it's a shame the woman has no decorum, and then getting ppl to right there first ever review to try make themselves seem like decent ppl is laughable and says a lot about them,!
worst post office I have ever visited, the Asian lady owner is the rudest most stuck up women I have come across! I was waiting behind a chap who wanted his benefit after he exited the shop, the lady made a comment belittling the man for being in benefits! I addressed her on this and she ignored me,! Thankfully sanghas supermarket have opened a post office in store, the staff are brilliant and friendly unlike the dark and dreary broad lane post office, ppl like to have a rapport with their post person but this lady is so stuck up she doesn't even say hello upon arrrival or after she has served you no goodbye! Also the alcohol is ridiculously over priced , must not be doing that well to be honest as nijjers few doors away is cheaper by about 20 per cent! Also when I had newspapers delivered they were never on time and the lady used to delivery them with her son while she drove the car after he finished school so I got to read my paper in the evening. Great

I use this post Office quite a bit as I buy and sell via eBAY. Not Sure what's up with Jas Singh, but i sense a bit of the green eyed monster!
I often purchase my wine from here as well mainly when they have the special deals on. Overall I would say the service is excellent!

Used this post office for past 4 years, aleays found them to be efficient, the shop does have some hood buys if people spend the time to look around. The layout could be better if PO counter was at back instead of the front of shop but it is limited by space. Parking is not great but service is quick

Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Lunch is 1pm as stated, I got there at 12:55pm. Asked me how much I had to post and it was only 2 small items and they replied “oh sorry not enough items and we are closed for lunch now” this was after I struggled to get up there for an hour in my wheelchair. Disgusting service and will never use again
