Market Rasen Surgery

Market Rasen Surgery is absolutely fantastic! The staff are so caring, approachable and hard working! My sons and husband have been referred to hospital and have been seen really quickly. The nursing staff are fabulous and so knowledgeable. The Admin are always friendly and approachable. The GP staff are always welcoming and caring and don’t make you feel like you are wasting their time which is how I have felt at my previous GP surgery.
I have had an operation in their minor surgery department which is a fantastic resource and I would highly recommend.
I don’t understand why people are complaining??? The surgery covers a MASSIVE area and you are seen the same day!! At our previous GP surgery we had to wait upto 4 weeks to be seen! You were always made to feel you were wasting their time.
Keep up the good work Market Rasen Surgery you are all doing a fabulous job 👍🏻👏💪🏻

Procedure thursday 24th Mr shukla and his team of ladies made my visit a pleasure..op went swimmingly and although a tad tender.i am up and about the next day..thank you very much and

I'm quite upset on how market rasen surgery has gone down hill, I know with the covid problems they have been stressed , but I made an appointment with Sally over my gp for 3.40pm. I had 2 children to look after that day. 10.3.22. One I had to pick up at 3.20 Tealby school. Got bk to Town at 3.30. To be in school traffic and lights2🤔😒.Pulled up got girls out checked in at 3. 48pm. They cancelled me as I was late😏. So its fine for them to leave us sat waiting half hour. But we carnt be seen if late for appointment. Not happy at all. Bring back Dr parsons Telfer etc good bedside manners and wouldn't have this trouble. Mrs m .W.

Tried to book an appointment with a doctor after leaving hospital after a heart operation, the reception staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpfull, didn't do much for my stress levels either, time to find another surgery I think.

It is near impossible to make an appointment, the phone system is appalling with no indication of where you are in the holding pattern. reception is unable to book an appointment directly if you don’t call at 8.30 on the dot. how an 84 year old with early dementia is meant to get any level of service without the support of friends and family is baffling

i would give them 0 stairs if that was available, just cant get through and the waste of time Ask my GP not working
i cant believe how poor this place is i work away from home and cant even get a advanced appointment.

Ring the doctors up this morning at half 8 my daughter has pink eye and her eyelashe is stuck in her eye. The lady said they don't normally check eyes out . She said but she will get a nurse to look at molly eye . Got there at 11.50 as was told to they couldn't find the appointment it wasn't on the computer I was like I phoned you up at half 8 first thing ..I got told your see her no we normally say go to hospital I explain to them the lady said it was OK my partner working in Sheffield said oh well it the same lady's as it was this morning and they know nothing about it lies
My daughter is autistic and non verbal not on its getting a joke now

I find all staff including reception & dispensary very helpful.
