There's one doctor here who I've seen a lot the past year, she makes me feel supported and has helped me through some rough times. The nurses have been good too. The online booking is good for making appointments and they're fairly good at getting you in for emergency appointments. Sometimes the waits can be fairly long but that comes with the pressures of the NHS

Both the Doctors and the Nurse Practitioners at this practice provide an excellent service supported by a very friendly and helpful admin team. A recent consultation was unrushed and - unlike experiences elsewhere - I had a distinct feeling that the patient is placed first. Time was given to both listen and to get to the root of a particular health problem. I have nothing but praise. Many thanks.

I have recently joined as a new patient so I am unable to comment on the medical staff. However, the reception team were most welcoming and I feel I've joined a good surgery. The surgery also stays open during the lunch hour which is a plus.

Not even worth one star! Apparently the receptionist are medically trained and decide if you see a doctor there! I've been hospitalised so has my son through lack of care! And now when I ring for an appointment for my children to be seen the receptionist said no as the are clearly well enough as they went to school! I was ringing for an after school appointment! Rude staff and I'm gladly leaving this surgery

Honestly, just don't bother. Every single time you ring up it's a 2-3 week wait for an appointment, regardless of what it's for. It's not good enough.

Pathetic. The "doctor" I saw was rude and patronising. She didn't care what I had to say and didn't believe a word of it. What's the point? She even corrected how I was sat. Shona is a lovely lady and very pleasant to deal with but if I were you I would avoid Doctor Perry. She will diagnose you before you even speak.

Waste of time.

So not only has it been a right mess about with covid vaccines now you won't do shared care with a psychiatrist. Finally get the help I need for you guys to then say you don't do shared care. Still annoyed about the vaccine centre being in Waddington. Didn't cater for anyone apart from the folks of waddington and people who drive. Yeah there are busses but surely I can't be the only person in the world who struggles with traveling. The government wants us vaccinated then make it more easily accessible! Don't have rude flippant receptionists making out people don't put the effort in when they know nothing

Fixed an appointment for flue vaccine only to find it fixed at another GP at Brant Road
