I have used this surgery for many years and find the staff friendly and helpful. Booking online now means that on most occasions I can get to see a doctor within 24 hours. In an emergency the surgery has made every effort to accommodate my needs.

Not sure what people’s problems are - reception staff have always wonderful with me, treat them with kindness and respect and they’ll do the same for you! They’re often overworked and underpaid and a little bit of friendliness goes very far. I’ve also had telephone consultations with GPS and I felt they were knowledgable and gave good advice or treatments when needed.

This has to be one of the worst general practices in the area. The reception staff are useless and the Doctors are Arrogant Neglectful and completely Incompetent. They are not to be trusted, claiming thousands of pounds for patients they have not treated, Its no wonder the NHS is in such a bad state of affairs when Doctors like these are ripping off the system and every tax payer in the country!!!

I was leaving to go on holiday, only to find I left my one of my medication, so was advised to contact the surgery and with this the sent my prescription to the pharmacy at Heathrow airport and I got my medication. So thank you to all who were involved

They're not real doctors, they're a quack doctor. They do not even help children, they give paracetamol for everything. Easier to die than see a doctor.
Rude receptionist.

Pleasently surprised! So far so good ! Moved to this surgery from a different county! Naturally I was expecting a lot of problems with the ongoing issues within NHS and current events, which I know cannot be helped by the staff. There was no pre recorded list of excuses to listen to before the phone actually rang! Registering was easy, reception staff were very helpful and polite when I enquired about registration! A medication review with a DR was completed in what I consider a very timely manner! Prescriptions completed with no issues! Information was text to me in a very timely manner regarding passwords for registering for services! Relevant text questionnaires I needed to complete for my health conditions were sent to me seconds after call ended with receptionist regarding my queries! Very efficient! I’ve spoken to three reception staff and one doctor. All were very helpful, very polite, very professional, knowledgeable in regard to procedures! They could teach a few surgeries in Hinckley a lot! Maybe they should be appointed to put on training days for them! It’s difficult to understand the significant difference in communication, etiquette and level of service between local surgeries in Hinckley and surrounding areas! I don’t waste my time on reviews unless I feel strongly about something ! I felt I really needed to praise this surgery / staff.

Big THANKYOU to you all!

Joined the surgery earlier this year, easy and quick to join. Reception staff are helpful and pleasant. Have had no trouble in getting GP appointments, they were professional and responsive to my needs. Highly recommended

Disgusting surgery, they don't care about their patients any more. I wrote a letter of complaint after waiting months for calls or some sort of communication and I chased up for help but got nowhere, then response from the practise manager showed me exactly why the surgery is the way it is. I have been with them my entire life but I now have too many concerns about them and will be moving my family from their care. Hospital staff have told me to complain about the care they provided myself and my child in the past but I never did as I know with the system and you get nowhere plus I appreciate how busy they are and I'm not that kind of person however I'm now concerned that with her response you will just never get straight answers, just excuses. Very upsetting and disappointing.

**update, Dr Jackson is amazing and sorted the situation. Received an apology letter from the practise manager for her misunderstanding so I feel the situation is now resolved.**
