Budbrooke Medical Centre

Unfortunately for the second time in different times, I need statements from my doctor, who tells me that it will take x amount days and when I get to the medical center to pick up the papers, at reception they tell me they do not know anything and have no information whatsoever . Are we playing at professionals?!

I have recently joined this practice after moving into the area. I have not struggled to get an appointment within a reasonable time and every staff member I have met from reception to the nurses to the GPs have been really friendly and approachable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this small and friendly medical centre to anyone!

The most amazing Doctors Surgery you will find in the area. No long waiting times to see doctors/nurses - ring and you can usually get an appointment that day or the next.

I have been with the surgery for over 2 years now and this is the best service i have ever received. The team is so friendly and competent with amazing attitude! It is very easy to get an appointment when needed and always everything is treated as matter of urgency.

When my relative was struggling with an emergency, they went above and beyond to ensure she got what she needed and showed more care than any GP I’ve ever dealt with (I’m a registered nurse so that says a lot!)

Impressive surgery and friendly team. I've always felt listened, taken care of and understood especially after my baby was born and I needed lots of appointments. I have been with this surgery for almost 5 years now and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
