Millstream Medical Centre

Always excellent service for my husband and I. Helpful receptionists and caring nurses. Recently my phone call was returned quite quickly and a slot found at Millstream to see the doctor at the surgery with my two problems one of which could have been serious. A new Doctor listened and arranged follow up. All Covid precautions were in place and from the first phone call the interview was completed in two hours., amazing.

Millstream medical centre has always been, in my experience, a fantastic service. I was a patient at the surgery even before it was in it's current location and have always received prompt attention and great care. I have two asthmatic sons, who have always been seen as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

So friendly, welcoming and always manage to get through for an appointment. Receptionists are lovely as is Dr Hannah Brown.

Went in at 8.25 saturday with an illness.Doctor was great rang A and E and spoke to ENT doctor,staff rang me a taxi and I went straight up to hospital.Extremly impressed with their professionalism definately the best.

I'm very disappointed with myself for trying to trust the NHS .a health professional in the rheumatoid arthritis department has said I've been struck off by three practice, this practice refuses to correct her even though my husband set it so that they can communicate with each other , I assume she was told by another practice because of my rant , God forbid I lived to tell the tale of neglect , one of the gps at this practice sent me because I apparently have inflammatory arthritis, instead I was forced to have fribromygia put in my medical records , I think i was tricked , apparently I don't have swollen hands , laughable....having a chat with a friend , , discussing the neglect and false accusation..she says " they go on and on about mental health, yet they don't care about your mental health regarding what's happened. Gosh ! She's right , you don't care ...and why are you ignoring my emails ?...known also as Tammy Polton

We visited the walk in clinic 18.01.23 at 7pm for my son, what can I say the staff are soo lovely made such an effort with my son and the doctor was soo friendly and patient with us while we dealt with our little one. We walked away with answers. Honestly rated the visit so much. Thank you.

Great surgery, I moved here a year ago,from out of the area .no complications, just simple easy form to fill in..,if i can't get an appointment a doctor has always called..when I phone them i always get an answer, i may wait on hold now n then.lets face it all doctors are very busy..never In the year i been a patient here have I had a problem...never.staff have always been lovely and very helpful to me..overall no issues 😀

This is a brilliant doctors and always very helpful. Until today the receptionist didn’t seem like she should be working there or even new what she was up to. So come home as there was Know one to see me for my appointment 😕
