I booked a GP phone consultation same day. GP was most helpful.. friendly and knowledgeable. Organised a prescription that was delivered in less than 24 hours!!
Excellent GP and pharmacy (Fusion)

Impossible to get appointments, ring from 8am and in a queue for well over an hour, sometimes they drop the call, regularly the number I am in the queue goes up not down too. When I eventually get through there are no appointments and I am told to ring from 8am again despite me explaining this has got me no where in months. Today I managed to get an appointment only for it to be cancelled 3 mins later by text and again told to ring back in the morning. I went down there in tears to beg for an appointment and was told to ring in the morning. I managed to plead for a telephone consultation and was offered a call over a week away. Absolutely disgraceful and lack of empathy or professionalism, how can they refuse to acknowledge their system does not work, they will have blood on their hands and gross negligence is hugely apparent. If I could find an alternative surgery I would move in a heartbeat. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous - I’ve been trying to get an urgent appointment for my 7 year old over a week now.
No online appointments available and I ring everyday at 8:00, I wait in the queue for 45minutes and get cut off.
It happens all the time surely not a co incidence.
If you are thinking of registering please look else where.

Simply superb. My father is 87 and for 50 plus years was registered at GP close to his work. He changed to Willbrook medical centre about 18 months ago. They have been excellent to date. He is an insulin dependant diabetic. 10 days ago he had a stroke. On discharge he was sent home, with a carrier bag full of meds, little or no directions as to when he should take what. The following morning, the surgery pulled out all the stops( thanks to the ladies at reception and the pharmacy team) sorted out dossett boxes. Each day we get hassle re his insulin injections and we were so worried that his safety was being put at risk. I made a distressed call to the surgery this morning, the lovely receptionist made a full note and a few minutes ago, I had very reassuring phone call from a GP - Thank you all so very much. Indebted to you for your prompt and reasonable response. Kishoree Kotecha-Pau

I'm disgusted at this surgery and the attitude of the staff, particularly the 'practice manager'. I should have been called for a smear test 6 months ago due to having surgery on my cervix and need to have appointments every 12 months. I only realised by chance when seeing the nurse I should have had this last July, they never even bothered making an appointment or following this up with me. I had an an appointment for smear today, turned up and was told there nurse was off with Covid. They didn't think to let me know my appointment was cancelled, instead they offered me another appointment 6 weeks from now.
I expressed my concern about this and asked to speak to the practice manager. The 'practice manager' came out (I'm doubtful it was really her, I can't imagine she would be so unprofessional), so I explained the problem and that it's important I have the smear soon as I'm now 6 months overdue. She tells me there's nothing that can be done and i'll have to take what's available as there are no other appointments. She then proceeded to walk off! How can this be allowed to happen?

I am a GP & our family have been with this surgery for 13 yrs. It’s disheartening to have to write a review about my own colleagues but this specific practice has a culture of creating hurdles for service users making deliberate efforts to dissuade them from attending surgery. A simple thing like getting a repeat prescription or booking appointment are met with extreme resistance. Staff answering calls are very unhelpful, robotic & devoid of empathy. Same goes for other professionals working in surgery. I beg the partners in this practice to understand that people seeking medical attention are already in a vulnerable state & rather than facilitating their care, this surgery has systems in place to discourage & demoralise patients turning to them. It’s a shame & worst kind of abuse of power!!!

I’m so vexed, my kids have been attending this surgery for the last few years we had to move from the downing drive surgery which was amazing. This surgery is clueless they don’t have a clue in terms of organisation being helpful to patients and are extremely robotic when dealing with patients.

Blaming the government and lack of funding is just a mirage all other practices are doing just fine. Poor management and staff are very poor. If you want to live longer and a healthy life, choose another practice.

STAY AWAY

Concidering moving surgerys, the phone lines are atrocious when you finally get through there are never any appointments and online are almost always fully booked. I had to go out to health hubs to be seen by a dr and because of the hassle and hardship of getting appointments ive resulted to calling 111 in order to get an appoinmtnet booked.
Wouldnt recommend.
