Sick to death of this doctors had to take my daughter twice to the hospital in less than two months 1 because she still has not had her 1 years immunisations that I have even been in the doctors and asked for so she’s been constantly fighting of everything trying to call them is an absolute joke and the online appointments is an absolute laughing stock I’m going in again tomorrow and I’m sick to death of asking for my child’s jabs to be done yet I’m sure if I was to refuse they would be straight on the case !! Do not join this doctors!!!

Dr Johri
Called me ref prescription, asked me questions had to repeat myself three times or more, he needs to listen and be less speedful, doesn’t give the impression of listening more talking over you.

I have more luck of winning the lottery than I do at actually making an appointment here. If you ever intend to be ill, go elsewhere.

if I could have gave it zero stars I would I have rang 112 times since 8.15am and all I get is line busy and cut straight off. the call system is a joke it should put you in a queue so that you don't have to ring 100xs to finally be answered! I am trying to ring for my 4 year old who has tonsillitis who was sent home from playgroup with a temperature of 39.2. I've checked her throat and it is very swollen and red with white spots. trying to get an appointment here is impossible! would upload a screenshot of the 112 times I've called but doesn't give me an option to upload a photo. absolute joke!!!

Absolute shambles of a surgery, lazy, incompetent and do not care one bit. It took 76 calls to get through to them this morning. Phones are constantly not available. It would take your child’s arm falling off for them to even discuss seeing you and even then they would just refer you to the hospital. They try everything possible to defer you to someone else or not see you at all, as it will effect their normal routine working hours and won’t be able to finish at 4pm even though surgery doesn’t officially shut until 6pm. Lazy doctors are well known for leaving at 4pm. 111 has been a much better; efficient; competent and empathetic service to use. STAY AWAY!!! And even if more people did stay away, I doubt phones would ever get answered. Useless!!!

Dr Sil was first class. Everything I said made sense to him and vice versa. I have even managed to avoid injections, for now at least. I wish all doctors were like this. Straight talking, had patience and listened, resulting in a plan of action for the way forward, no unnecessary treatment and an extremely happy patient
