Bilbrook Medical Centre

Have to ring each morning at 8am in the hope of an appointment. The regular doctors (not trainees) often have like a 4 week waiting time. The practice was also upgraded to make it more private when talking to the receptionists but you now have to shout to be heard and it feels less private by a good mile. Have heard allsorts as people try to convey private information to the staff.

If you have doubts about this, then discuss it with the Centre.
Unless you make them aware you have a problem, then don't moan.
The Doctors and Staff are only human, like ourselves, just help them out.

I have the utmost admiration for all the Staff.

The GP was great in organising some medication that I required, I had some challenges getting it from the chemists in stock, popped back into the surgery and Julie who was in reception did an amazing job hunting around for who would stock it. I even got a call later in the day from her to see how I had got on with the pharmacy that had said they stocked it. I wouldn’t expect this level of service really for such a busy surgery, I must say I haven’t been at this GP for long but I have been really impressed so far, thanks all.

Very concerned and disappointed that 87 year mother has to wait 10 days to receive a phone appointment with her doctor after a serious fall at home.

We were called on time and treated well, but the waiting room was not very comfortable.

Bilbrook has been amazing and never had any issues in getting any appointments.
I came from an area previously whereby you had to call at 8am each morning and wait in a long queue to make an appointment to see the doctor and if all appointments are all gone for the day, you would have to call in the next day to repeat the whole process again!
The way the Bilbrook system work is great, works soo much better

I recently joined bilbrook medical center through having an accident. I took myself and daughter there and saw a Dr Maung. The way he treated my daughter was so refreshing and old school. He made her feel so reassured and relaxed. Thank you so much that really got to me and made me well up slightly, and thankyou for taking my condition seriously, as hard as it is to live with you left me feeling that you genuinely care about your patients
