Riversley Road Surgery

This is the best doctors I have ever been under. All doctors there are caring, laid back and just absolutely fantastic at their job. I never mind seeing any of them as I know I will always be sorted out no matter who I see. And they are absolutely great In getting my baby in when needed. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

My name is Linda, I feel I must write to thank every single member of the Staff at this Surgery, they have seen me through some rough patches, yet held my hand throughout. I feel I am overcoming problems I would never overcome ever. . I have just had shingles, Susan one of the receptionists seemed to know it was urgent and got me in the next day so I could take the necessary tablets. Their teamwork, caring , knowledge is, without doubt superb, but above all their ability to 'listen' is so important to a patient and they do just that. An excellent Surgery, absolutely excellent. A fantastic surgery all the staff helpful and pleasant. Nurses are very enthusiastic they make you feel at ease .

Not very help full staff. If they see You are Polish they will try to do everyting to not register You. Iv never see that rude and un professional behaviour. Should be reported to the manager. Just disgusting

Worst Gp which one i ever had ! there are newer have any appointments left how many times i calling there

I have had the worst experience at this surgery. Having left the army in January I registered here as a new patient. Medical notes from the army don't transfer automatically to NHS so I brought a form for the gp to sign and request my medical notes to be releases, only for me to find out about a month ago that this was never done, meaning there is no continuity of care. As if thats not enough, in a span of about 8 months i have been removed from there register 4 times without warning. Whenever I rang the pods to request a prescription they are the ones who inform me that i am no longer registered at riversley surgery and when i asked why i kept getting removed, the surgery didn't seem to know why and I had to register again. About 1 month ago I received a letter saying that my son and I are out of gp boundary and need to find another surgery. I am moving to a different surgery with only medical notes from Riversley and i have to request my new surgeryto ask for my medical notes from the army since someone at riversley didn't do their job.

Best doctors in Nuneaton, dr Thankey and Dr jepson are both very passionate doctors and are very understanding, literally 5 minute wait every time.

It's really great surgery, friendly Staff and good doctors, however I really hate this latest phone appointments. They will call you at any time and you better pick up your phone or you loose your appointment straight away, they won't try to ring you again. You might be at toilet, driving your car or changing your baby, you must pick up
