Why can’t we rate them 0. I try never to see a doctor for many reasons. I can normally keep going until the problem goes. If I can’t continue then I see it as a last resort and will reluctantly try for an appointment. I work away all week as a self employed small business and therefor would need to take a week off. With an early finish I tried to get a late appointment which they were reluctant to do but when I pointed out it was an ongoing problem for 4 weeks they said I cannot see a doctor as it had happened prior to the day. What absolute rubbish. Obviously the staff wanted an early finish. When you ring you are on hold for so long you either get fed up or need to go to work. This practice is seriously not fit for purpose. I’m still in pain which is probably as a consequence of military service but at least they looked after me.

Tried to use the phone line to ring up and get test results. I spoke to a receptionist who refused to give me my results, Practice Manager backed up the receptionist and also refused. Clear breech of data protection. This is my data. What’s the point of a results line if they refuse t9 give you results. There are one or two really helpful people at this surgery but on the whole they are a bloody shower.

This place has been my doctors for years and I've always felt like I'm annoying them by calling, even if im calling because they've disregarded me so many times. The nicest and most helpful people there are the nurses who are always friendly and welcoming but even getting to the stage of booking a test is ridiculous.

Impossible to see a GP after months of back pain. After 2 call backs they told me they will send me an exercise plan, which I never received. They said if the pain doesn't get better after 2 months, I can call back and MAYBE get a referral. NI contributions "well spent" here, congrats.

Trying to book an advanced telephone appoint as requested. Called at just after 3pm and on hold for 50 mins including being “caller number 1” for over 20 mins before I hung up! Absolutely ridiculous. It’s a shame as Drs are pretty good but trying to do anything on the phone is a nightmare!

Very sad to say but not the best doctors practice.
To get an appointment is very difficult. Even when you call first thing in the morning the phone line is constantly busy.
I have tried the online booking system it doesn't work.
However when you do finally manage to see a doctor they are very thorough and the practice nurse is fantastic.
I do feel sorry for the staff it can't be easy working there.
If you are new to the area do not register with this practice they do not have the staff to cope with the amount patients registered there already.

Work full time always manage to get appointment, even if it's a sit and wait. Yes i have to take some time off work but feel lucky to have this service available to myself and my family. Reception team, doctors and nurses great. Tina Advanced Nurse is a superstar, so understanding and happy to help. Thank you
