Terrible how you can’t book a future appointment, it’s an extremely inefficient process to have to phone on the day and hope with all the others in the queue that you can see or speak to someone. Whoever thought of this way of working, which to be fair also exists in other doctor surgeries, needs sacking. My doctor wants to talk to me, but I have to make an appointment, which I’ve been unable to do for a couple of weeks, as when I call and wait 45 minutes in the queue, appointments have run out or the doctor isn’t available on the day; why the doctor or the reception can’t arrange to call me if they want to speak to me is beyond me. My friend can make future appointments at their doctors; they don’t have the scramble on the phone at 8am or midday, they get an appointment that is convenient to them and the doctor, the surgery effectively and efficiently supports their patients. Melbourne need to change their appointment process, it will be much better for the patients AND the surgery.

Absolutely atrocious! Unreliable and incapable of doing anything. I truly understand why this so called medical Centre got a 1,8 rating. Don't bother registering here!!

I can normally get an appointment when I need one and the doctors and reception staff are all friendly and helpful.

I t wouldn’t even be worth one star . Every time I call the machine says the lines are full and hang up . I really believe no one’s works here or they do but just cba with anyone sick ! Poor service since 2016 ! I rarely call u unless my kids are really really sick and even then no one answers and they wants a pay rise ? Disgrace who ever so reading this. And pretends to work here

Very poor service, unable to get through on the phone and when you do you cannot book an appointment or schedule one for the future. Still doing phone consultations, very hard to see a doctor face to face. Not good!

Terrible, can't get through on the phone if your lucky to be in a que of 28 by the time they answer 50 minutes later there's no appointments.

Shocking practice no appointments have to keep asking for repeat meds when been ordered for weeks and are critical meds even chemists complain about service
