Contacted the surgery reception last week asking for an appointment to see Dr Ressa, the receptionist respectfully asked if I could give her an idea as the reason, which I did. She confirmed that the Doctor was likely to call me sometime during the afternoon. At 1pm I received a call from Dr Ressa and explained my situation, he suggested I could come and see him at 3.40 at the surgery, which was fine by me. I said that coincidentally I was literally driving pass the surgery at that point, he instantly said pull into the car park and he'd see me there and then. After my consultation he was writing to a specialist for a further appointment. Unbelievably my specialist appointment arrived the next morning. A first class service from the surgery showing considerable empathy.

I cannot fault this surgery, I have been with them for over 20years and always feel well cared for and taken seriusly and never rushed when having appointments. The messaging service is great.

I just want to say thank you to Harcourt for an amazing experience recently. I visited the surgery with my 3 year old son and recieved efficient, professional and exceptional service. Dr Jackson made a very speedy referral for him which resulted in a quick and reassuring hospital appointment. I just want to say thank you. Charlene Handyside.

Since when are receptionists medically trained?? What gives them the right to have to tell them why you need to see a doctor and decide if its worth an appt or a phone call, after 3 days of ringing still no appt because i would not divulge why i had to go to walk in after a lot of stress and tears so thanks, don't go to doctors unless absolutely necessary so they should be trained to use initiative, so angry and hate the system, not a great way to treat some1 who needed help

I have been a patient of Harcourt Medical Centre since my birth 70 years ago when the surgery was actually in Harcourt Terrace.
I have seen many Doctors in my time, from Dr. Drummond through Dr.Morris and Dr. Genovese to the very knowledgeable and caring Dr. Markey and Dr. Rault
Now the doctors at the surgery are all young and fresh faced and they all have my life and health in their hands. And I'll trust everyone of them to keep me alive for as long as I do my part to assist them.
I have never had a reason to complain, all the receptionists have never failed in making appointments or passing on requests to the doctors.
I get all this five star service for FREE, what is there to complain about.

The team - GP’s, Nurses and Receptionists - at Harcourt Medical Centre, Salisbury, are efficient, welcoming and very pleasant. When we hear about the terrible service that some people receive from their GP practices around the country, it is only then that we appreciate just how fortunate we are to be patients at Harcourt Medical Centre. Keep up the excellent work! Alun

I appreciate so much the care I receive from Dr Kay and will never forget how he went above and beyond in the last days of my late husband's life A gem of a Doctor so dedicated to his patients. Thank you

They are really helpful when you can finally speak to someone but being on hold for 50 minutes plus (i gave up in the end) is ridiculous.
