I've been at this Dr's for around 3 years now & it's the only surgery that's ever listened.
The receptionists are quick to help book you in & the Dr's here actually help.
Highly recommended

Hit and miss, can't always get a physical appointment, still not running a normal practice. Some receptionists are nicer than others. Dr's themselves again hit an miss odd 1 are OK others not worth seeing.
Generally hard to be physically seen.
Appointments can be hard to get.
Took 4 days to get my little one an appointment!
Don't always feel listened too, or issues dealt with promptly/properly.

Easy to get an appointment, however, the doctors don't read your notes or seem to know much about any conditions.
Last time I called in a with an issue, I was asked "what do you want us to do about it?" - very reassuring.

One can Never can get an appointment and receptionists always assume it’s the patient’s fault if something goes wrong with prescriptions. How can I be told I have high blood pressure and have a receptionist talk over me loudly when she didn’t even know the actual facts? miss my old practice.

Just had an appointment with Dr Melanie and she was lovely , she listened , took her time and put a plan in place . I hope she is a regular member of the team !

Brilliant surgery, always get to see a gp for either myself or children, and don’t have to wait ages on telephone to get an appointment

Extremely hard to get appointments! I tried several time for my mum and for myself

Receptionists are rude and discriminate! They are not helpful at all!
Rang dead on 8am and they told me it was full up for the day,after when I spent many times as a 26th in the queue. She ask me to call back at 2pm. At 2pm the problem was the same, she could not give me any appointment, she asked me to call back next day at 8am etc... Magic, annoying circle! They are playing this with me since August. I had a blood test last August and I still don't know my result because I can not have an appointment, when I have popped in to ask them to check my result they could not find the result in the system and she asked me to call them back at 8am 🤣🤢 unbelievable!
Today I told them I leave them and I've registered to another medical center. Best decision 👍

We have just moved from this surgery as we live out of area, but while with them, our experience was very good. As long as we called on the day we could get an appointment, we found the reception staff helpful and amenable and the doctors very thorough and careful. Dr Chan is excellent, really listens to what you are telling her, asks the right questions, and is extremely thorough in her examination of symptoms. We'll miss the surgery.
