My tenant of 13 years suddenly handed in his notice because of problem neighbours in the small block of 6 studio flats. It sounded very bad – tenants of another flat had already given up and left. I could not do anything from abroad, and the management company for the block said it was not their problem. Richard from Tucker Gardner located the owner of the flat with the bad tenants, sorted the problem out, we did some renovations to my flat, peace and quiet returned to the block, and someone is glad to rent the flat again.
