Sharon and Mandy were very helpful, they kept me informed of what was going on, far more than my solicitor. I don't think I've come across an estate agent that's so proactive for the seller or buyer as these are. Thanks for all your hard work, we got there in the end.
It's a shame that they don't have a solicitor based in the office as part of the team.

After not having a great experience with another branch, I was extremely impressed by the efforts made by the Lostock branch to get better understanding of an issue and seek a resolve. They were very professional, sympathetic and responsive for reaching out to me. I could tell they genuinely care as much about customer service for both buyer and seller as they do about there sales.
