Pret A Manger

I want to say thank you to the gentleman who served me coffee today. I never go in coffee shops as a rule as I have a medical caffeine sensitivity and they are high risk places for me. But today was hot and I'd been walking a lot. I was desperate for a decaff coffee.

I went in feeling rather embarrassed, to be honest, as I feel like a nuisance being so picky. But I was treated very warmly and my request for a non contaminated coffee was taken really seriously.

The person who served me made doubly sure my coffee was caffeine free, and was very reassuring. And to top it all, he gave me the coffee on the house!

What can I say... you made my day! Oh and the coffee was delicious!

I think last Sunday was last time to go pret coz once is more expensive than other companies second they said no toilets for restoration s covid but now all the toilets broken or out of order my question is wher the staff going to Costa shop or nero coffee when I ask no one have nothing to aswer is shame toboret manager

Came in to buy cappuccino for work colleague. Enquired about matcha latte, one member mentioned it was similar to green tea & nice. Which to me sounded boring and bland. Been wanting to taste this for ages, only got round to it today thanks to the incredibly lovely staff member on the till. Wished I took her name as would of loved to praise her on here. She offered a FREE full size matcha latte with coconut milk for me to taste. How super kind was that and very clever.
I’m a forever returning customer as it was the most delicious drink I’ve ever had. Been wanting an alternative to coffee. Will be buying this every time I’m out.
Costa so sorry you’ve lost me to Pret!! Smells like nothing but tastes so delicious with the coconut milk. Not at all like green tea to me.

Everything is perfect, only one of the staff ( Irina ) is sullen and very rude. She served us few times, it never changes, it is the same rudeness.

Love the selection of drinks so much I got a subscription. So in here lots. Quick service, nicely made drinks- and really friendly staff!

Our regular coffee shop, service is amazing and the staff are so friendly! Food is delicious, I can highly recommend the soups (especially the spicy bean chilli one!) the hog roast mac and cheese is lovely too! My children enjoy the tuna rolls and the tuna toasties, I had a bite of the toastie and was really yummy.

They also have an app for unlimited coffee (well up to 5 in 1 day but who's going to get more than 5 in a single day lol) just £12.50 for the first month and £25 after that which is a bargain for someone who visits regularly!

It is what it is. Lively,busy cheerful quick service. Food and drinks are good. I always default to Pret A Manger. It's actually the best quick eat and go place I know. I love it

A nice place for lunch on a work day. It is busy sometimes, but if you get there off peak you’re good to go.
