I very recently visited this subway and my experience was absolutely apoling the staff was rude disrespectful and unfriendly I bought 12 cookies to share between my freinds which cost £3 and one of my freinds noticed there were several flies fling around this unclean place so I went to confront the staff and they said ok I’ll give you the money back so he pulled a calculator out of the till and stared dividing how much he needed to give me back without hesitation I said excuse me I want all my money back and he said ok with bad attitude then I said well is there any chance you could put all the cookies in the bin and he said yes if you give me a chance with a snap then we waited round about 20 minutes to give him a chance to put the cookies in the bin cause he said give me a chance then I approached him again a nd I said I’ve give you a chance so then he said get of the fuc*king shop so I left the shop with anger SO I WOULD NOT RECOMED VISITING THIS SHOP

Not the cleanest subway only food hygiene rating of a 3, however the food there is great and it’s my favourite subway in Durham as it’s usually the least busy and there’s a table for 4 so it’s good for I when I’m out with my friends.

The new vegan option is good. Place as in all Subways great but not good for sitting around with a baby.

Veggie Delight footlong. Italian herbs and cheese bread. Mayo honey mustard. No oil and vinegar in the UK.. a shame really.

The wrong salad items were added to both footlongs. The meatball and hash brown orders didn't arrive. No toppings were on the nachos. Highly disappointing especially when I have specific dietary requirements that forced me not to eat most of the food ordered.
