Went in there to buy some stuff, the guy in there either didn't know or didn't want to give us some advice. I've been to other Timpsons and staff have been amazing... Maybe this guy was having a bad day?

The person who was working dismissed me and said that there was no way a key could be cut. Yet, 20 minutes later(15 mins travel) I had the key cut by another establishment.

Very poor customer service. The old rude man behaves as if he was there as a punishment

I have had several keys cut here & a watch battery replaced, staff have been professional & polite.

I need to get a pair of soles on one of my pairs of shoes replaced, the employee that put the order through for me was extremely unprofessional and did not seem to know what he was doing at all on top of this when I went to pick up my shoes 2 days after they should have been ready for they still were not done even though i had paid for them to be done by Tuesday (2 days before I had gone to collect them for) the same employee who had done my order was there when I went to collect them and when he noticed they weren't done he simply said that they weren't, when I asked why after highlighting the fact that they should've been done on Tuesday, he just shrugged, no explanation at all.

I was treated like garbage due to the lack of a Mask! I have a medical exemtion but this rude man said that I must to leave his store if I don't cover my face!!! This is discrimination! People with deasese- stay away from this discriminating place and this rude, boorish man!

I’ve been there twice. First time I thought the man had bad day but I went there second time and he was rude.
