I'm only giving it 4 stars because of all the lights that where not working right. Its a furniture shop not a disco! The staff where nice as was the shop itself, was easy to get too along with plenty of parking. And we did buy a sofa..

We ordered at Oxford dinning chairs we are waiting to deliver almost 2 months but unfortunately they sent us the wrong product. 1 week later after call them everyday still they haven't done anything to replace the chairs or to collect those that sent to us. Really disappointed with the customer service, and with the Oxford department

I wish I could rate it six stars! Absolutely splendid service, really bent over backwards to help me out: friendly staff, welcoming, helpful, excellent range. Superb, especially in contrast to opposition. I'd heartily recommend them any time.

Me and my partner were buying our first sofa. Darren couldn’t of been more helpful, very kind and lovely gentlemen. Explained absolutely everything and was extremely helpful. Thank you! We are looking forward to our new sofa.

The customer service in store was great, but was told the sofa would be made and available for delivery from around 05/10 and it is now 15/11. A small delay would be okay but this is an extra month and a half, the lady on the phone at customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. I still have no idea what is going on with my order! I would never recommend anyone buy furniture from here

Awful experience, we spent over £2000 on sofas and ordered them in October, with them guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. We were told today they won’t be delivered until the 24th January, which is ridiculous.

Worst experience ever 2 faulty sofas various issues still awaiting refund over a 10 months since ordered no help from manager absolute no care for his customers. Had to spend more money elsewhere and sit on the floor until new suite from different supplier arrived.

Over and over promised calls back from Oxford store manager which never happen his attitude is tough go elsewhere even though dfs are at fault , 1st suite dropped off van at height damaging the arms then all the cushions started blowing there seams.

Changed sofa and second arrives 9 months later in a worse state torn leather , wrong colour feet , sofa bed un usable due to not being able to pull it out .

Sent it all back and was told to await refund all the while having to buy a new suite from a new supplier with no offer of recompense whilst we have had all the stress and headache this started in June 2020 when we paid upfront over 2800 but to get our money back we have to wait all the while spending another 2800 at another company.

From June 2020 we were sat on faulty damaged goods until Feb 2021 and immediately when noticed damage told them I was cancelling the deal , to which they have basically been no help since

Be very careful when ordering from dfs they are wolfs in sheep's clothing and won't easily give you your money back they have you by saying we will replace again, but if you keep having problems would you keep going back

I wish I could upload all the images and videos of the cheaply made over priced rubbish that these sofas are

And 1 last thing take pictures of the item you order as both sofas that arrived are different to what we ordered in store by some details

Payed for suite 15th Jan, was a display item so in store ,29th Jan back in store to chase up delivery, won't arrive till 8th Feb. Not happy.
