I visited this store (and other sellers) several times whilst I was deciding what style, colour, and material I would like in a sofa. Torin at the Nottingham store was very kind, helpful and patient, and contributed some useful suggestions.
I am very happy with my decision of the Illinois sofa, one I hope to live with for around 20 years like my current sofa!
I enjoyed my Sofology experience, as the staff there were all friendly, and there was some banter between us all and other customers.
I would be happy to recommend them, but can only comment on my buying experience. I will review again after delivery.

The one thing which could be improved is that if a customer changes their order within 48hrs as is allowed, that the new purchase should show up on the My Sofology site. It doesn't, which leads to uncertainty and unnecessary follow-up calls to check the order has gone through.

Went in for a browse, 1 hour left with a brand new sofa ordered!
Stephen was extremely helpful, knowledge and gave us all the time in the world as we went through our likes and dislikes before deciding on our purchase.
Couldn't of asked for a better experience, so thanks once again

Excellent service throughout from Linden absolutely no pressure selling just plenty of help and advice..ended up with the perfect sofa and so happy with our final choice. Linden was so knowledgeable and she showed us different options so we got just what we wanted. Infact everyone was very friendly from the greeting when we first walked in to leaving.Would highly recommend a visit and the coffee was great too. BIG Thanks

We were served by Sam today at the Giltbrook branch. We’ve had bad experiences with other sofa companies especially regarding customer service but Sam was brilliant. Really helpful, showed us loads of options regarding sofas and materials. We explained our restrictions and she met them. Talked us through everything and really impressed us both, ended up purchasing a really nice sofa. Thanks very much Sam 👍🏻

Sam was really helpful and humorous and really helped me pick out a sofa which matched what I was looking for. She had plenty of time for me and made me feel like a valued customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sofology to friends/family based on this experience!

Had a great experience! Good old fashioned customer service. Dannie was super helpful and new her products. She found us a great deal and sorted it all for delivery.

We were served by Sam on line. She was extremely helpful and showed us all we needed to about the reclining chair we bought for my 86 year old auntie. We probably would have given up on the website and not made the purchase at all if not for her.

Really bad costumer service. I ordered an expensive corner sofa from Sofology. They never answer the phone. When ever I call them they say “the queue is too long, call later”. I had to change the delivery address, so I drove 30 min to the store to change it, the man took all the informations and the new address and said he will change it. It came out that he didn’t change it and had problem with the delivery. Eventually I had to explain everything and redirect the delivery company by myself. The sofa arrived, had few hanging threats that don’t look aesthetically. As well I have ordered the cleaning kit but I haven’t received it. They never answer the phone. That’s really poor costumer service for that amount of money you pay and even you don’t receive your order fully.
