Those people are extremely unprofessional . The store is dirty and dark. I went back to change a size of a t-shirt but it wasn't available at all. So I walked to the counter to a blonde haired woman. I queued then she said go to any other till, I queued again. Since the T-shirt was a wrong size j asked for refund as in 3 days I'm flying for a month to a different continent. They don't refund. I asked for the manager and the same blonde lady poped up as before she wasn't happy to help me. I'm pregnant and trying to not to get pissed, but they really did with an awful attitude. UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!! I went to an other sport direct where even though I didn't get refund but I did get some smiles, some chat and they helped me out in choosing a different item what I like. Never back to Stratford branch again

I purchased goods in the Enfield store. Within 10 days I had reason to take some of the items back. Unworn and as good as the condition they were purchased.
THEY WILL NOT GIVE CUSTOMER REFUNDS. ONLY "CREDIT NOTES".
The store is a mess. I was shown a notice on the counter re there returns policy. But when you go to the counter you put your purchase over the small notice.
I wouldn't go back to that store for all the tea in China. WASTE OF TIME.

Extremely rude staff avoid by all means went in today there was a old lady went off for no reasons, just becouse she ask me the shoes i orderd and I forgot the name of of shoes omg she went off just like that, I ask her why u angry, she just say am wasting her time like realy? We are the reasons you here, she was soo rude i was soo ungry the way she spoke to me, i end up leave without asking her name so i can etleast complain, u really need to train u r stuff, that's not the way to treat your customer.

Unfriendly staff. Gave me the incorrect order of another person of the same name. No apology when I returned that order back. The order I received (i.e. my correct order) was poorly packed in a temporary bag....

It was fine. Wished the staff was more informed about what they were selling

Really rubbish service extremely low stock 1 person serving every customer when I queried this I was just told yep by a rude employee shouldn't have expected more in run down aggressive stratford

05.01.2023 the most disgusting shopping experience of my life. Rude, inattentive, unprofessional and ill-mannered girl, took away all desire to continue shopping in this store. Please make an educational conversation with this lady, what’s that customer service. Special thanks to the young boy for his help. 1 star only for him

The lady that served was very helpful in the end, but didn't greet me or ask how can she help. Which to me is good customer services. There were not too many staff around , I saw 3. But I got waht I wanted in the end
