I walked in looking for a small shoulder bag, I looked around for maybe 30 seconds, before I was greeted by a smiling employee, he asked if he could help, I explained what I was looking for and he duly directed me to exactly what I wanted. I found a decent converse bag, which is great, it was £17.99 down to £12.99
So a fiver off, happy days.
I queued for maybe 3 minutes, before a checkout became vacant, then off on my jolly way. All in all, a top notch shopping experience. Good work guys.

Absolutely shocking staff, I've been twice in a week looking for different items. When I ask staff have no idea where anything is or how to help me. They just look stunned and say " I don't really know, sorry" then wonder off.
I've ended up finding what I want but the staff couldn't give a flying fox I bet they are underpaid and have no incentives.

unfortunately rude attitude when buying slippers. people are racist, they don't care (when you ask for a certain model number) and if you're not British they look at you like a thief and then take your money with the coldest attitude in the world. One star is enough for them

Couldn't get short hiking boot socks, the socks are scattered throughout the whole store so trying to find what you need is a bit frustrating

Wanted to buy football! £18 each what a rip off! Went to Argos got the same ball for £11.50. Buyer Beware shop around.

These shops are OK but most of the shoes seem to not be made as good of a quality as say JDs stock!

Can get some bits here for an OK price.

No idea how this place continues to stay in business. 1 single rugby ball on display. Shop full of sales assistants but none of them remotely interested or know what they are doing. Eventually managed to check the stock room…3 more rugby balls in stock..identical to the one on display. This is In a sports shop spanning 3 floors, not Tesco. Laughable

Manager wasn’t trained to put a name on a football shirt.. she really had no interest ( said the store was very busy yet 3 staff behind the tills doing nothing.. was sent to Norwich from Yarmouth but the manager couldn’t give a toss.. no wonder her staff was standing round doing nothing
