Whilst you can get the typical selection of clothes and shoes here the thing that lets this place down most is the staff and the lack of focus and lack of support you receive.

You can wait for a long time to get things sorted and even longer to get some different sizes in shoes. Think carefully and if you know what you want or don‘t expect to receive much in terms of customer service then by all means go here but otherwise I would strongly suggest and advise to look somewhere else.

Horrible attitude from the employees, bad quality products and you are bullied to buy for various reasons (touched the products or whatever reason). I haven't stepped in this shop for years. This was my first time in two years and this time was my last time most likely.

What is the point if a phone no one ever ever ever ever answers, The manager of this store should sacked on the spot absolute waste of space

Absolute awful staff. After making a purchase went back as they got the pricing wrong, to find them all talking about me. After threatening to see the manager they quickly changed toon and helped me. Won't be going back

Huge store over 3 floors, inc Game on 1st floor. Sells most things sports-related. Friendly helpful staff.

It was great and they need to prove the shop

Everything was absolutely fine, a good display of stock.
The only thing which wasn't really up to speed was the fact that the tills were unmanned when I got to them and it took ages for somebody to notice that I was there.

Bianca went above and beyond giving excellent customer service. Store was clean. All Covid safety measures in place. An enjoyable shopping trip.
