Very poor experience. Would not refund t- shirt which was marked. I believe the dirt mark was caused by the store when I paid for the item, due to the state of the counter area being absolutely dirty. I tried the t-shirt on in store and checked over the garment and it was fine. When I got home the garment had dirt marks on it. The store manager would not exchange or offer a refund.

Replaced my damaged Nike 720, with these Nike 720

Lots of staff, noone offered to help or talk to me.
Stock left in customer lift, so I had to move it to get buggy in.
Finally spoke to someone about getting shoe in size 9. Was just told they've only got it in a 6...
No offers to order it in, or point me to website etc.

The shop itself seem to be nice IF plans only if you are a man- reason being is simply that they hardly have any girly sneakers or trainers. They got tons for men but if you are after female shoes - go somewhere else! Genuinely not good enough

I waited by tills to be served, there were lots of members of staff in the store but no one at till serving customers. I wanted to order something too ? When I did start to get served the girl said she could not find an ipad ??? Really!!! was stood like a fool for longer while she went off to look for an ipad ??? She came back smiling she could not find one ??? I did not buy anything I will take my money elsewhere and phone your head office so they know that your loosing customers

I went in this store to do some Christmas shopping, selected a few items and had some trainers put behind the till then the manager decided to follow me all round the shop, if I knew they offered a personal shopper I would have selected this option and the fact he wanted to follow me but didn't offer to carry my items around whilst I was browsing was a bit of let down, doesn't he know how hard shopping one handed is! If he spent more time actually managing the store you wouldn't have to wait half hour to be served. Do what your paid to do absolute jobsworth, funny thing is if someone was going to do a runner he wouldn't be able to do anything anyway! He had to go get two other members of staff to stand with him 🤣😂

Nice place but haven't been since just reopened after covid restrictions and not local to me.

Awful store worst shopping experience. 90% off staff walking the shop floor with masks on there chins & necks & those actually wearing a mask had it under their noses. Please avoid if you are worried about covid as this is certainly a hotspot to catch anythink.
I will be reporting this store.
