Went there on Saturday, lots of trainers on sale, really good prices for some, young and friendly service and staff. Wish they had a bit more choices as seen on their website. Got myself a pair of Nike and one pair of Adidas in the the end 🙂

Wonderful experience. Good parking space, excellent customer service and varieties of sportswear to pick from.

Understaffed and overworked, don’t have any courtesy!!! Spoke to manager, says “this is a sports store, what do you expect”!!! Great service.

Do not trust the staff. They don’t give you the proper service to customers and they’re really hesitated to give the applicable discounts to the customers. They’re not happy to give the blue light card holder discounts. I’m an example for that. I purchased for £198 and I’m eligible to get the 10% discount, but they didn’t gave me the discount after I showed them the physical ID and the blue light card. They told me that they added the discount on my receipt, but when I checked the receipt at the same time, they didn’t added the discount on it.. so don’t trust them. Fraud staff members..!!! Beware when you purchase!!!

I was in this store yesterday shopping for shoes with my daughter, there was only one member of staff on floor his name is Charles my experience he was amazing running here there everywhere ,he is credit to you're store and company .
I think a store that big needs more staff although he was on his own with busy store he done his best please could you make sure he sees this message and give him bonus

Great place, lovely staff, good collection of sports wear, gears and fashion for both men and women... Loved the atmosphere!

Quiet and what we went there for was in stock. Tidy and plenty of stock. Helpful shop assistant.
