Runners Need Kingston Upon Thames

First time going to Runners Need.

They were great, very friendly staff and had a nice chat. They checked my running to help find the best possible shoes for my needs.

Overall my experience at this store was the best I have had for finding running gear and will come back here next time. Would recommend to anyone interested in fitness and looking for a good pair of running shoes

A little shop that is very unassuming from the outside but sells almost everything that runners need. If they don’t, then you can be sure they will either order it in for you or tell you where you are likely to find said item. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. They can guide you through the plethora of gadgets and types of shoes available for runners. The shop also offers a free gait service, very helpful if you are new to the running business.

Everyone in this shop is fantastic. Magda spent over an hour with me trying various running shoes until I found my ideal shoe . As a new runner I have been in the shop on numerous occasions now and have had brilliant advise and encouragement from everyone. I can see they don’t have stock of everything but you can just order online for next day delivery . Massive thanks to everyone at the Kingston shop as I now have entered my fist half marathon and look forward to popping in again soon .

Julia helped me out with her patient and understanding she guided me with her friendly attitude to have a best option. and im so pleased with my shoes.
Definitely recommend this store for it's lovely customer services.

Amazing place, really knowledgeable staff. Went in ready to spend money but the team member assisted us and was very helpful in advising on the right solution for some running/walking shoes.

Didn't have alot of choice tbh...

Super helpful staff who know their stuff.

Big thanks to James who must have helped me try on at least 10 pairs of trainers before we found a pair that worked!
