Really poor customer service. Majority of the floor staff were really unhelpful. Who knew trying to find a couple of pairs of trainers in a sports shop would be so ridiculously traumatic! The one star is for the one sales rep in the whole store who after 45 minutes actually tried to help and didn’t just disappear. Just wow!

I’ve had to go in this store before for actual “sports” shoes but it still remains as painful as pulling teeth as ever. If you can go anywhere else, do so.

Very vast and open selection of items. Also nice to put a game-store at the back. Would buy from here again.

Good selection of things but swimwear very poor. Staff doing a lot of messing around and effing and jeffing. My 4yro was there and if my staff behaved like that they wouldn't have a job

Never any staff around when you need them, had to wait ages as there was just one person at the till and after waiting ages I get overcharged and have to wait in the long line again. Terrible service!

I ordered two sweatshirts, paid 4.99 for delivery (the same charge if collecting from the shop) When the items arrived one was much smaller than expected and very thin poor quality fabric. When I went to return the item I found I need to pay return postage too!!

Great team at Sports Direct! David, the manager was very helpful and sorted my problem of studs that fell out of rugby boots after 2 weeks (they were cheap boots but very good for what i need: Walking Rugby on wet fields. The whole team was very helpfull and i recommend David and team!
