JD Sports

Staffs extremely rude specially one guy I don’t his name. I wish their names are displayed on shirts like other stores. Birmingham JD sports staff very friendly. I will never go back to wolverhampton store again.

The staff here have no clue what's going on. They have 3 people standing at the door while one person serves at the checkout. I went in on my lunch break today spent 15minutes waiting in a queue and I was number 2 in the queue! The service was so slow! So I dumped my stuff and left the store!
I tried again on my second break only to get there and the till was unmanned. I waited to be served for 5 minutes, nobody came. I then asked an assistant if anyone was serving she just looked me dead in the eye and said "I don't know" and carried on tidying... what kind of staff have you got working here???
Last time I shop at this store every time I come here it's really bad service. If this was my store some of these kids wouldn't last a week! Just bone idle!

Visited recently and found the store to be super clean and organised. It was busy but staff quick to help and friendly.

Ended up with more trainers I don't need but that's my issue 😂

Rude staff, had to ask them 5-6 times to bring my shoe, waited for so long. then made me feel like a thief... maybe they should be a little more polite.

Very rude staff. Went for a refund for a faulty track suit and it was my last day of refund but there was a girl on the till refused to give cash and gave me a gift card. And she was like stop being rude and actually she was the one being rude to me.

Extremely rude staff at the till. Asked when can I exchange then replied very rudely you have until 23rd December. Why they don’t understand that their wages depends on customers, so why they don’t be nice to customers. I bought couple pairs of trainers on 10th of November 2022 at 14:45 pm and in reply I didn’t receive thanks or anything. I gave the time just to let the owner know which lady staff was on the time at the till. I will never go back to JD sports Mander center. 😡

Being a big lad I find that I can never find my size "hence" the 3 starts, how ever on the upper hand nice friendly staff if it was based on the 10/10

I only go here for shoes, the rest of the merchandise is for those wanna be big men/ladies of the road. Some of the staff are rude too, they just want your money, but they must not realize they will be out of work when everything is bought or sold online.
