Really good service, you can immediately tell who is working there and they welcome you as soon as you enter the shop. Every product is clearly displayed and you are well aware of the sales and which items are from that sale. From looking at the items to purchasing the customer assistants are always ready to help.

I went yesterday to JD kilburn store to do some exchange and refund for my shoes, I was present there at 5:55 pm. The store manager accepted to do the exchange but not return my money, because she said she had no money left so she said to return the next day. The next day I came back, I had a receipt of 115 pounds, with 25 pounds paid by card, and 90 cash. I wanted to buy shoes worth 25 pounds, and to return the rest by cash. She rejected saying she wanted the receipt of the 25 pounds, which my original receipt already showed. This is the worst treatment and the worst manager. The manager lady played so many games so that I would lose my money and my chance to get a refund. I will never go to this store again and I advise everyone to not visit this store as the treatment is so horrible and unprofessional.

Zero respect of social distancing, they just let people in and in and in with a sound system louder than a night club.

My gf and I asked a manager if they had any idea how many people were in the venue. It seemed like that manager "member of staff" didn't give a damn about security and told us to leave if we were not happy...
What a wonderful way to treat your customers.
I will definitely make sure none of the person I know goes to JD sports to buy anything anymore.

Lol I brought 270 Nike trainers 135£ 2 days ago but the size wasn’t good so today I go to exchange and I reach at home and what to see one shoe it was the one from the shop where all the people are trying on broken and horrible,tomorrow I’m going to the shop with the shoes,very incompetent people there

No enough staff to manage tills so customers left to wait. Please don't come to this particular branch please good luck

Very disappointed. Short of staff, customers waiting ages to try the shoes and then at the end our size is out of stock. Waiting for 20 minutes or more and then size out if stock joking. Just one floor staff was nice and pleasant the till staff needs to smile more, its all about good customer service. Also prices are not updated as soon we get into the till price changes. Not recommend this store.

Mr aligori the store manager charged me 3 x instead of once ....

Original price was 187 but he charged me 374 extra..

He refused to give me my money back as they were pending ...and he said it won't go out

2 days later all the money came out

I been working in a bank for 6 years ..I did try explain that the money has been authorised by the bank and it was going out .

Everone else their is nice.

He was so confident in what he was saying ..saying this happens all the time..dnt worry the money not gonna leave .

Spend 30 min trying to explain to him ..but he wasn't having none of it .

Very disappointed by jd ..next time will be going directly to nicky .
