Never have I witnessed such a badly run shouting at each other over Who is going to save the customer to arguing about who is going to go and get the trainers from the store room it took 35 minutes to get two pairs of trainers the the shop itself is clean and tidy with everything on display clear and easy to understand what you're buying in the descriptions, today has not been a good experience after leaving the store which is a shame as it has a lot of potential given the opportunity for someone managerial to run it properly

Their Kangol school shoes are all over the place. I found one shoe the size and style I want. Box was there but matching pair was no where to be found. Their employee was very rude and never came back when he said he'll go and look on the wall display for it. I looked on the wall display later myself and it wasn't there neither. Very poor customer service and very low levels of stock.

Terrible place to shop. Staff needs to be trained asap. They are not efficient and helpful. You buy what you need quickly but then wait at least 30 minutes at the till. There are 4 till but never more than 2 open. And one usually deals with returns so you are stuck with 1 till. Manager is laid back and not interested in customer satisfaction. This is my observation in my last 4 visits.
Overall shop has good selection but useless staff. Not going back there again. If you have lots if time to waste at the tills its fine.

What amazing Customer Service from Oz the Manager. Efficient, friendly, helpful.

Just visited Enfield store 0175
2 members of the staff put themselves out beyond the call of duty to find a pair of shoes for me to walk in as I just had surgery on my ankle, the customer service was outstanding.
Both staff was mentioned as I left well done Store 0175 your a credit to the company and I hope they know of this

I am regular customer at this store, but few months ago i was treated so badly by the managers i had promised myself not come back, but I was so desperate of a tennis racket had go to the store, wow the atmosphere was so different was greeted at the front, then had someone asked me if i needed help, got to the tills was asked if i wanted a bag and a sanitiser which put me off but then again I understand that its part of there job to offer, i will be shopping more at my regular store, Edmonton,

The staff is discusting they treat you horrible .they don't have absolutely no shame like a costumer I was talking so nice whit her I said please can you help me she was looking so bad at me start to insult front of meneger and manager didint take no action
