Never seen any store manager like this store!!! He is soo rude, sports direct area manager or authority should monitor this store CCTV that how the manager behave with his fellow colleagues and customers.

The fact every time I call Holloway branch to ask if product is in stock and... nobody ever answers and the phone line goes DEAD... is very disrespectful and rude!!! I would give you ZERO stars for my personal experience... very sad...

Very happy with the service I received today, by a gentleman named Abdul. He helped me on both shoes and served me on tills. He was very polite and patient in helping me get the best type of trainers. Really good customer service all round

1 star even I bought the shoes I wanted.1 person staff talking at his phone ,no one there to see what you want.you have to go to the cashier to ask .then the staff show you the shoes and leave ;again you have to go find someone from the stuff.why you keep the shop open if you don't want to work.shut it down

No one has served me with diligence and humbleness before as much as the boy wearing spectacles did last week. But when I visited the store today, he wasn't there and I wasn't satisfied with the service in his absence.

I shopped in sports direct in Holloway today and I was very very impressed by their customer service!!! The guy who found me the right size shoes called Marvin was very polite, kind and very professional. The girl at the till had served me with very happy face unlike other sports direct And the manager was just very friendly and perfect for the job!!! Overall it’s A++ and highly recommend it!!! For those who want 1sr class service at sport direct go to Holloway Road!!!
