Sports Direct Streatham it was clean very well organised and tidy. Staff were presentable and helpful. The prices are reasonable, you can get a few brand names clothing.

Customer service is awful, I couldn’t buy anything and when I asked for help I was told it’s too early in the morning and to deal with it. At this point they might aswell close this store. If I could a minus I would. Don’t bother going there

Nice clean bright shop with lots of different choices of stock. I got exactly what I was looking for, very good offers so not expensive. Staff are very nice and helpful so I will definitely shop here again and recommend.

There was no one to help me and then I saw that only one guy was attending and 3 women from the place were
talking without doing anything. . I asked them for help and one of them that this pregnant got very rude at the time of paying. Then she started arguing with me. Incredible that a client is treated that way.

This customer service in this shop is actually comical. Asked someone to help
me find something, they rolled their eyes and shrugged before carrying on with what they were doing. Didn’t leave me annoyed or angry, thankfully I found it hilarious. Half a star for rolling eyes, half for the shrug.

Stock good, staff are nice enough - but the whole place pongs of cigarette smoke. Yuk.

I am not a fan of their children's clothes range, but, what I do like is the quality of the school shoes, swimming costumes, goggles and swimming caps. I almost always tend to buy these from here. Post lockdown the customer services seemed to have improved greatly. On this occasion the two ladies on the shop floor were very helpful and so was the lady at the till. I must say, this was the best experience at Sports Direct I have had so far. I hope they keep it this way.

They had what I wanted at a price that I could afford!. The young male assistant was helpful and able to do so whilst also helping, another customer. The assistant at the till was cheerful and efficient. What more could I ask? I went back after completing my purchases (to include socks and hangers which I didn't know that I wanted!!) to find the male assistant but, he had disappeared back to the stick room, perhaps. Very positive experience !!
