Waited around to try on a pair of trainers. One member of staff serving. Was too busy so thought I'd come back another day.
Came back few days later, same situation. Waited around for 15min, couldn't wait any longer. Just left. Don't know why they leave 1 person on their own to serve customers. Impossible job. Waste of time, better off buying online.

The Manager is absolutely amazing and will go out of his way to help. Luke thank you for all your help and if it was not for you I would never have used j d sports again I will make a visit up to your store soon. Thank you again head office (customer services) need to be trained by you as nothing is too much for you but, head office should be ashamed of themselves xx

Not a bad shop but never stock anything over xl..... quite annoying....

Not taking refunds or able to switch the trainers during the festive period which isn't helpful to get stuff ready for school and work. There was no range of trainers 8 trainers the same on the wall no variety or enough sizes. Paying over the top prices but that's not the store that's the mugs at the top. Disappointed really. Staff just barging past but the ones who I stopped were helpful.

Went here to buy my partner a track suit which I got. However they never have my partners size in trainers (10)

On the day that I visited they were having up to 50% off sale. But some of the items looked like the prices had been hiked just to bring it to on sale prices. I bought my daughter a pair of trainers there few weeks prior that was now "on sale price and tag"and it wasn't any cheaper than what I paid at the normal price

The coolest most polite staff here. This is my go to for sportswear. Often have a nice little sale rack in front of the tills as I do love a bargain.
