Quite a small shop but reasonably stocked. I had a bad experience with the service though - I bought some shoes, found them in another shop for a fair bit less and went back for a refund. Considering I had only bought them 30mins previously and they hadn't left the carrier bag, I was told I couldn't return them... Took a bit of standing around and a discussion with the manager to resolve. This should have been sorted within seconds and without argument.

Shocking staff. Totally disinterested and bad attitude. Badly needs a shake up. Rather than being short staffed there appeared to be too many and they had a pack mentality of attitude that customers are a nuisance.
Having done mystery shopping myself, to sort this store they need to be doing this regularly.
I last went here 2 or 3 years ago and swore never again as the staff were so rude. Unfortunately couldn’t avoid it today and sad to say it’s no better. Worst store in Camberley staff-wise.
As a final point they had a Nike outfit on a mannequin - when I asked where the items were in the store the staff member quickly glanced at nearby items then told me that they don’t stock the items on the mannequin. Which round be bizarre if that’s true.

Bought a pair of expensive trainers in here and got the worst "give us your money and get lost attitude" I have ever witnessed.
Young lads running the store seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and checking their social media than helping people.
And when asked for help it seemed a big inconvenience to tear them away from their conversation/phone.
All in all not a great experience.

I haven't heard the best things about the customer service in camberly JD , and I'm never one to judge.However today I entered the store to simply ask for a pair of shoes I wanted , I knew which size as i was just rebuying them .I approached two members of staff for one to look away and not much communication from the other. She didn't want to help me because she was "too hot " . As one working in retail , I thought this was very rude and unprofessional.

Nice shop. Sadly a staff member was quite rude barging past me. Another member apologized on his behalf.

I feel the shop/brand has lost its way somewhat. It seems to be the go to for the street 13-17 year cloned teenager to visit and buy a strapped branded purse.

Limited range of women's trainers. Small sale. In precinct, so under cover. Level entrance.

The place is very dirty, always boxes and papers lying on the floor while staff is chatting with each other or hanging on the phone! You need to chase them to ask for something, they don't seem to be bother that they have customers in the shop.
