Lots of variety and the guy on ladies trainers who served me today was very prompt and helpful in running around getting me what i was looking for. Was cheaper than a competitor store located opposite this store as well! Win win for me!! 👌

Young woman at the paypoint at the back of the store was bright, smiling and a very good people person. She was not just courteous and smiling to me but the other two customers she served while I was there. Thank-you.

Great choice of sports assortment, but lack of staff (waiting for someone to show for 10 minutes) and problems with Internet connection at the till (three times decline payment) making unpleasant experience.

Terrible service. Item was priced incorrectly, (there were other items on the stand with the same price tag) rude manager I think her name was Anna or Katie spoke to me in a disgusting way when I advised there were other products out there and said to just rip the discount ticket off the product. I am disgraced with the customer service and the attitude from this woman.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Everyone that works here is so miserable and can't be bothered. May aswell close the place down

Pity the upstairs tills were closed, I had to walk twice as far, never mind all good exercise xx

No refund for a pair of shoes that don’t fit !! Only in store credit…
4 employees at front desk who don’t offer any help when entering or acknowledge your presence
No understanding of statutory rights

Lots of goods for less than you might pay elsewhere. Beware that everything is discounted, but it doesn't mean it's the cheapest it will be. This store is big and roomy and the attendants were friendly and helpful.
