This is Adidas’ flagship store. It is very hard to find as there is an extremely toned down signage outside. They have many modes and the decorations is very nice. Staff is unfortunately not extremely helpful and looked a bit bored despite customers coming in and out. Worth checking if you are a fan.

This place is probably one of the nicest Adidas stores I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Small but pleasantly spaced out with a very good display of trainers

Great! I love it!
It's a new street art paint outside, very 2022 spring and summer.
It's an avant-garde shop unique in London, like am Adidas Lab! You find special things, new materials, iconic shoes, artists signs stuff. I will buy a jumper Friday if they will have my size, because I've put a lot of weight, I need to wear jumpers now, but doesn't mean I don't look hip and vibe. Those stuff they have in my neighbourhood shop makes you feel special. Guys, if you want to be sporty in your skin, go and find an outfit from Adidas this summer. You'll be great.

Nice selection of Adidas products, some of them you don't find in regular stores like yeezy shoes or the blue collection. Worth a look when you are in Shoreditch.

I had a horrible experience with this store....bought yeezy shoes for my husband and unfortunately picked the wrong size. During the last two weeks I’ve traveled from outside London (which is really expensive) 3 times in there to return my shoes, following the opening hours suggested by Google and all 3 times they were closed. No opening hours displayed on the doors. I have tried to contact the phone number indicated by Google and reached out to general Adidas customer service from Leeds who were not helpful at all saying they deal only with online retail. Came back to the store this morning again, and the store manager, a very rude and unprofessional lady who refused to introduce herself suggested the return period expired yesterday and I’m not eligible for a refund and that I should get rid of my shoes somewhere else. When repeatedly requested the manager to tell me her name, she said she is not compelled to tell me this and suggested to her colleague to ignore me and do not tell me anything. She just laughed in my face when I said I will complain further about her attitude. I had never ever in my life had a horrible experience with any other retailers. They just ignored my rights as a customer to return the product, displaying misleading information and making it just impossible to return the shoes. Shame on a company like Adidas to treat their customers this way. You should give some training to your employees too as some of them are definitely not mentally and professionally fit to be managers. Avoid this store and people working in there....

I ordered an item on the app to pick up in store. I rang to confirm it had arrived, travelled there and they said it wasn't due for another week because of Brexit. Came back a week later and found a note on the door saying they were closed for the day and they would hold any click and collect items for an extra week. Came back the following week and they said they had the item but couldn't give it to me because the barcode had expired. 3 trips completely in vain. They suggested I order it again and go through the same process which is just ridiculous.

Located in a popular area and being a big brand, unfortunately the biggest let down is the customer service. I came to collect an order and as I entered it was a very unwelcoming environment. I approached a staff member to help me look for my order in the kids section, minutes later he just totally ignored me. As this happened, another staff member was watching everything that happened, I then approached him for assistance and he done the same, just ignored me. Horrible customer service, makes it a pointless shop! Stay away!
