Very good purchase, very helpfull young gentlemen serving, very happy customer 13.23 hrs today

difficult to deal with. long faces in the shop no guidance on where to go, collect systems did not recognise my collect code. It took ages where it need not have. To be avoided

Incompetent website staff don't even know what time the store opens; Sports Direct's own website states that the Fleetwood store opens at 9am every weekday, the sign outside the store says 10am. Yet another demonstration that Sports Direct is utterly indifferent to the experience of their customers.

Great sports shop, staff are so polite and they always have sales on. it is right at the bottom of Fleetwood infinity shopping centre but when you are there wow great choice, my son loves the place, my bank account doesn't lol.

Staff very helpful they had everything i wanted all in all a pleasant shopping experience .

Good bargains to be had.

The staff could do with some adequate customer service training and actual uniform to identify they actually work there.
We nipped in today to try some trainers and asked the assistant if he could kindly fetch a size from the storeroom. He disappeared and did not return. We found him on the till 5 minutes later serving another customer.
The previous visit we experienced a female assistant muttering 'FFS' under her breath when we asked if she could take a t-shirt down from the top rail.
