If I could give it a minus rating, I would.
Staff were rude, just stood around the door way chatting, when I asked for help they just pointed in a random direction to get rid of me.
Was buying a product for part of a present, it was the last one in stock and had a massive stain on it, and all they offered to do was take 48p off of the price!!! Think all of your staff need a lesson in what CustomerService actually means!!!

Shocking customer service experience at the Bury St Edmunds store. My 12 year old son purchased an LFC 2019/2020 away shirt with his own pocket money. He wanted it personalising but at the time of purchase, Sport direct did not have the new Premier League lettering in stock. He was going to cancel his purchase but the staff convinced him to continue by telling him that he could come back to have it personlised when the lettering was in stock. We returned 3 times over the following 3 weeks and were fobbed off with late delivery excuses each time. When they finally did get the lettering in stock, they did not have the official colour (red), only black or white and we were only told at this point that they won't be getting any red. After demanding a refund so we could purchase an accurate shirt elsewhere, we were then only offered a credit note even though we have the receipt! The staff at this store have mislead and taken complete advantage of a child which I think is disgusting!

Good range of clothing and trainers for sporting and leisure. Had good help with choosing trainers.

Great service,the lady that served us at the till very pleasant and helpful,as for the young lad that was supposed to be helping the lady you got the impression he did not want to be there,and the lady had to ask on more than one occasion for him to help her....

Not sure why they don't use shopping baskets....

They dont have everything sorted by size it's all mixed and jumbled, so be extra careful checking every single thing you buy. Also mostly very low quality items. It's what you expect really with SportsDirect but even so you can get way better value for money elsewhere online.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SPORTS DIRECT BURY ST EDMUNDS FOR FOOTBALL SHIRT PRINTING!!!!

Well that was a waste of my afternoon... Brought myself a new Manchester United shirt & was wanting to have "EMBERY" and "02" printed on the back... was told it was going to take 3 and a half hours to print 7 letters and 2 numbers 😡
Went back at 5 the time the worker said to come back and the worker had the Embery part correct but put 20 instead of 02 😡
The worker said he could redo it & it would only take 30mins to 40mins funny that... as I had my Dad with me 😡 But apparently they had no more shirts apart from the home kit which wasn't the one I wanted!!!

The worker said he would happily give me 70% off the price which would have originally come to £76.99 including the printing. After having to wait 3 and a half hours for something that wasn't what I asked for.

Good place to go for all things sports, good selection of stock and well organised. Got a few items for my boy including a new school bag easy to find the stuff you are looking for
