The absolute worst JD sports store ever to exist. It's full of hooligans in uniform (which they wear incorrectly so look scruffy like street dogs). These staff members continuously lie and make up policies on the spot in order to confuse customers and trick them out of money. I purchased something in store and brang it back next day as the size was incorrect (it had all its labels intact and good as new) and asked to get a refund as stated on the receipt. However, staff got rude with me and made up policies on the spot saying things like "we can't refund items that are more than £20" and "we can't refund items in this particular store, it now has to be taken to a bigger store".
Don't shop here as they hire a bunch of lazy con artists to man the store.

I went in yesterday to purchase a bag but after buying it I saw a better bag at the back so right away I asked for an exchange. Rude and lazy staff there told me they can't exchange it so I asked for a refund but again they told me they can't refund it and refused to give me my money back. When I insisted they exchange or refund it as it is their policy to do so the staff forced me to exchange and buy another item to make up the difference and pay extra on the 2nd item too. The staff are ruining the company's image and do not follow the companies rules and policies. They are cheating customers out of money and claim JD sports overall as a company has "changed the system" and requires them to do this.

Worst JD sports. Staff untrained and illiterate. Don’t they screen candidates when hiring? Staff look unprofessional and scruffy, need to scrub up more for a customer facing roll. Haircut and shave and shower gel is as cheap as £0.80 in some stores.

Small store, awful layout and poor selection of choice.

Staff seem to be busy talking in a foreign language amongst each other quite loudly without no intention of offering help.

worst JD ever. my dad bought some trousers a day ago and went today to return/exchange it and one of the Asian girls in the tills lied and said that it smelt and refused to give a refund. even though its been a day and there's a new Christmas policy saying they've eased the return and exchange policy allowing people to return items longer than 28 days? but when my dad goes the next day they lie and be rude to him so they can avoid giving him a refund. they also took advantage of the fact that he doesnt speak English well. but I'm sure if i went to exchange it they would've not lied about it smelling? but probs woudlve made another excuse...also reading the other reviews i realised another time i tried to return a online item they also lied and said they dont do refunds because ''they're a small branch'' how does that even make sense. all these rubbish people hired in this jd need to be fired. acting up because they work in JD. know your place. something clearly needs to be done about this..if all reviews are about the bad workers and all the lies they're feeding us innocent customers.

Con artists with the fake no refund/exchange policy, making up their own rules, and ruining the company's reputation, staff members should be fired specifically the manager. I wish there was a 0 star option....

Worst Jd around , lacks customer service and there is clearly a poor management structure in place. JD should look into this branch. Clearly this isn't one of the busier stores and the reason for this is obvious. Staff need to be trained; they clearly don't know store policies or consumer rights in regards to exchange and refunds.

The worst experience I ever had and the worst costumer service they don’t want to return my things until I pay for the return ! What kind of service is this what kind of store is this ! Why you put international delivery, and when it’s come to return they don’t have internal return! Are you serious !!!! The worst thing ever

One staff is very rude he don’t know actually how to behave one and each customer .He is a Pakistani guy and long beard. He needs to first learn to manners then he can come to customers service
