Absolutely have no words. The staff omg the staff. Absolutely careless, very rude, and useless… I’m being asking for a particular size a few different times a few different guys who worked there. All the times they said yes and left me waiting for over 35 minutes until I decided to leave. Plus they ware not busy AT ALL!

I personally not the biggest fan of JD anymore, feel customer service in these stores has declined over the years. This store is ok, decent size and has decent amount of stock for men's and women although caters more to male consumers. Trainer selection is a decent size but stock and sizes are up an down in my experience. But it's a JD sports, you should know what to expect from such highstreet stores

Not a good experience. Supervisor left the queue standing, waiting whilst fiddling around with a bag behind the cash desk and then strolled off as if our money meant nothing to her. The young lady serving me looked as if she didn’t want to be there and then grabbed the bag off me and held onto it until my card payment went through, as if I was going to run away with crease protectors. A very so called “ghetto” store. I didn’t even take my receipt as I didn’t want to interact with the cashier any further. I won’t shop there again. I’ll actually be going out of my way to shop in the Stratford JD sports as their staff are friendly and don’t act like they’ve just been pulled off of the street.

Just needs more staff alltogether, i got to jd at 10:15am and i waited 25 minutes for my trainers to come from downstairs/back of shop and then another 20 minutes at the till waitong for costumer. I was longer inside jd sports getting my items and paying then the journey to jd sports. Cant imagine what its like at peak time

The customer services are very low. I have come to the store twice for a shoe size. I had to wait for 20mins and at the end they told me they don't have that number. I'm really impressed they have a lot of employees. Most of them don't really know where they are. I could say I can do a better job even with my basic English.

One of the worst JD sport shop in croydon .please avoid purchasing from this store because they think that you don’t have the right to return items back to store. My partner bought a pair of shoes but when she brought it home it was not comfortable so she decided to return. When she returned the shoes the staff were extremely RUDE, ARROGANT and disrespectful towards her. They were not refunding Specially the male manager which was rude and arrogant…..
